New to Zoom Meetings or unsure about your settings?​

Before booking any online sessions, you can use our test Zoom link to check that you can access a Zoom meeting or webinar.

​

Just click the image above and follow the instructions to enter the online waiting room, either through your web browser as a guest or through the Zoom app if you already use Zoom.

​

The link will take you to the Zoom waiting room, where you can select and test your audio through your computer speakers or headphones and, if applicable, check your microphone settings.

​

If you are going to be on screen, you can also use the waiting room set-up to check your camera framing and lighting, try background blur or an off-camera avatar.

​

You can check how your name will appear to other participants in the chat pane and make any changes to these settings before joining a live session.

​

Please feel free to use this practice meeting link as often as you wish, and in complete privacy, to make sure everything is working well before joining any session.
