About

Our Zoom classes will help you learn to write, read, speak and listen to Scottish Gaelic with confidence.

From April 2024, Zoom classes for Absolute Beginners  will run in 8 week blocks. Classes will have no more than 12 learners per group, ensuring that your experience is enriched by personalised tutor-learner engagement.

There is a Returners group specifically for native Gaels who have not used their language for some time and who wish to brush up on their skills.

We host a number of conversation circles, some with semi-structured scripts for learners, which are listed on the Courses page.

There will be additional Gaelic Cultural Studies workshops and short courses available throughout the summer should you wish to consolidate your learning in a relaxed and supportive setting.
